The Role:
We are on the lookout for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our established team! In this role, you would be supporting an Account Manager by working across both contract and permanent roles within the Digital and Technology sector.
This position is purely delivery-focused—there is no requirement for business development but if you feel that the client side is where you want to be in the future we will support that career path!The focus is on sourcing the best fit candidates, building and managing talent pools, and managing the end-to-end candidate experience to ensure high-quality outcomes for our valued clients.

Main Skills Required:




Previous experience in Resourcer, Candidate Manager, Recruitment Consultant roles
Experience sourcing for Technology/Digital roles would be an asset, but not essential
Strong sourcing and candidate management skills
Ability to work across high-volume roles (contract and permanent)
Experience using sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, JobAdder)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering a great candidate experience
