Senior Customer Experience Specialist

Brand Recent 2nd Location at DFO Brisbane!
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. With a strong focus on inventory management, you'll support stock flow and organisation in a high-volume environment, while creating a welcoming and engaging space for every customer. This is a great opportunity for a confident retail professional ready to take the next step in a fast-paced, premium outlet setting.
Permanent part-time position | Wednesday to Saturday roster
What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional, personalised service in a high-volume retail environment
Support and inspire the team by leading by example on the shop floor
Manage inventory flow, ensuring stock is organised, accessible, and well-maintained




Assist customers in finding the perfect pieces, enhancing their in-store experience
Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store presentation
Support daily operations, including stock management, customer experience, and sales performance
Collaborate with the management team to drive store performance and customer satisfaction

A proven track record of working as part of a retail team, hitting KPIs, and smashing store targets.
High attention to detail and proven clienteling experience.
