Director of Nursing / Campus Manager | Permanent Full Time | Public Health opportunity + generous salary and salary packaging + remote area benefits Sharp Carter is proud to be working with a well-regarded rural health service in regional Victoria northwest to appoint a Director of Nursing / Campus Manager.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced nurse leader with a strong acute care background to take on a senior leadership role within a supportive, close-knit rural health community.
About the Role Reporting to the Deputy Director of Clinical Services, the Campus Manager holds operational leadership, responsible for the delivery of safe, high-quality clinical and aged care services, while fostering a positive workplace culture and driving continuous service improvement.
You will also play a key role in coordinating patient flow, bed utilisation and access management, working collaboratively with campus and community leaders to optimise service delivery and consumer outcomes.
You'll be supported by two highly experienced Nurse Unit Managers reporting directly into you — both relatively new to the organisation but bringing significant skill and experience to the team.
Key responsibilities include: Providing operational and clinical leadership across the campus, ensuring protected, person-centred care Leading and coordinating patient flow, bed occupancy and discharge planning Building a positive, values-driven workplace culture and leading multidisciplinary teams Overseeing workforce management,



quality improvement and clinical governance Building strong relationships with consumers, families, staff and community stakeholders What We're Looking For This organisation is ideally seeking candidates with a strong acute care clinical background.
Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA Demonstrated acute clinical background and broad health care experience Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to high-quality, person-centred care and continuous improvement Experience in patient flow, discharge planning or bed management highly regarded Why Apply?
