Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, this is a hands-on leadership role focused on service delivery, team performance, commercial outcomes and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day service operations Manage, support and mentor service and operational employees Oversee workflow, scheduling and service delivery Deliver against budgets, revenue targets, profitability and KPIs Maintain high standards of customer service Oversee procurement and support external sales activities Develop external servicing opportunities and customer relationships Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and service delivery Maintain a strong focus on WHS and secure working practices About You Previous experience as a Service Manager,
