About the Opportunity Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Senior Researcher/Head of Research!
In this position, you will play a key role within a high-performing executive search function, partnering closely with Partners to deliver on complex and strategic mandates.
In addition to leading end-to-end research activity, you will lead and mentor a small team, with clear progression to Head of Research, contributing to capability uplift and team performance.
Your key responsibilities will include: Leading research strategy and execution across executive search engagements Collaborating closely with Partners to shape search approaches and client value propositions Sourcing, engaging and managing senior executive candidates through end-to-end processes Proactively building and maintaining networks of executive leaders across our core sectors Leading the development of client and candidate reports, including market insights and talent mapping Mentoring and supporting junior Researchers, providing guidance,
