The exciting opportunity as our Director of Nursing Lead daily operations of our stable and homely 41-bed Sirius Cove aged care home in Mosman Deliver exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining productive relationships with residents and their families and managing feedback Manage the roster, ensuring adequate staff are available to meet residents' needs and care minute requirements Maintain accreditation compliance and support a culture of continuous improvement by creating and implementing quality initiatives Build productive connections with external stakeholders and maintain the positive reputation in the community to maximise occupancy Maintain an environment where safe, effective, and high-quality care is delivered to our aged care residents,
