Job details Sales Inventory Administration $***** p/h + penalties Located in Kundle Kundle, NSW Immediate Start About Our Client: Our client is a leading Australian provider of high-quality animal nutrition and agricultural products.
This is an opportunity to join an established organisation and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of its Kundle Kundle site.
What you will be doing: Manage inventory control by maintaining appropriate stock levels and ensuring accurate and timely updates within the Stores information system.
Maintain stock registers and conduct regular stocktakes, including identifying, rectifying and reporting discrepancies.
Complete financial administration, including raising purchase orders and completing account reconciliations within delegated authority.
Manage procurement documentation and assist with Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
Research product availability and source external quotations to ensure quality and value for internal customers.
Verify and accurately input daily and weekly plant running sheet information into the relevant management system.
Maintain storage areas in accordance with WHS and Hazardous Materials requirements.
Provide general administrative support across sales, inventory and procurement functions as required.
What you will need: Previous experience in Sales, Inventory, Stores or Administration.




Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Valuable computer skills and the ability to learn and use internal systems.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
