Bimbadgen Estate is seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen operations across our restaurants, functions and events.

The Opportunity Reporting to the Head Chef, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen environment while supporting food preparation and daily kitchen operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in maintaining high standards and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities Operate commercial dishwashing equipment and assist with washing and storing kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils.
Assist with basic food preparation activities.
Support daily kitchen set-up and pack-down procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout kitchen operations.
Clean and maintain kitchen floors, equipment and work areas.
Assist with stock rotation and replenishment as required.
Follow food safety, workplace health and safety,



and company procedures at all times.
Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous cleaning experience, ideally within a kitchen or hospitality environment (desirable).
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including prolonged periods of standing.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality setting.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help wherever needed.
