Aircall is hiring a leadership role at the heart of its APAC growth engine. You will own, develop, and inspire a team of 4 Outbound BDRs covering APAC with a focus on ANZ, reporting directly to the Managing Director for the region.
You'll shape strategy, run campaigns, and develop talent, collaborating with the AE Manager, AM Director, and Field Marketing to deliver regional targets and ongoing performance improvements.
