Leadership experience within the disability sector preferred Make a real impact As a Practice Leader with Possability , you will support and guide Disability Support Workers to deliver high quality, person-centred supports that improve quality of life for the people we support.
This role combines hands-on support with team leadership , where you will model best practice, coach staff and build a strong, team-oriented team focused on positive outcomes for customers.
What you will be doing ? • Leading and mentoring Disability Support Workers to deliver quality supports • Observing, modelling and coaching best practice support approaches • Supporting customers to achieve their personal goals and build independence • Facilitating team meetings and encouraging teamwork and collaboration • Monitoring risks and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes • Supporting the implementation of behaviour support and health support plans • Ensuring services meet quality standards and NDIS requirements • Assisting with onboarding and mentoring new team members • Completing documentation including reports,
