Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, is launching its **** Graduate Program for soon‐to‐graduate Speech Pathologists in NSW. The program spans 12 months with intensive induction, a gradually increasing caseload, and solid clinical support to build confidence and competence from day one.
You'll receive weekly 1:1 supervision, monthly mentoring, a dedicated buddy, ongoing PD, and regular opportunities to observe clinicians across disciplines within a supportive community.
