Exciting new prospect to support the new Kangaroo Island Ferry Service About the Role A permanent full-time role to support the Maintenance Technical Manager and land-based team to provide a continuous, reliable transport service to and from Kangaroo Island.
We require a person with a broad skill base, preferably in the marine maintenance field, with a diesel fitter/mechanical or trade background and who lives on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Flexibility with hours will be available and supported, including TOIL, during specific times, with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and tight maintenance schedules.
This role reports to the Maintenance Technical Manager and is part of the shore-based maintenance team working primarily from our Cape Jervis location.
There will be some travel required to Penneshaw (KI).
