Job Description As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients, medical experts and internal teams by: Managing appointments and bookings from enquiry through to completion Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email and online platforms Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Supporting customer onboarding and assisting users with online systems and portals Managing special requests and resolving enquiries professionally and efficiently Identifying opportunities to promote additional services and specialties Coordinating with Operations, Quality and Administration teams to ensure seamless service delivery Supporting medical experts by managing availability and scheduling requirements Maintaining accurate records and documentation Contributing to business development initiatives and client engagement activities Qualifications You'll bring: Experience in customer service, client services,
