Core Talent is partnering with a quick-growing solar and energy company to appoint a hands-on Marketing Manager. You will own the growth engine, building performance campaigns from scratch, optimising funnels, and scaling qualified leads for the sales team. This is a fully remote role from Sydney with autonomy and impact.
You'll execute Meta ad campaigns, nurture leads via email, and track CAC, CPL and ROAS, adjusting quickly based on performance data. 2–4+ years in scale-up marketing is required.
