We're seeking an accomplished leader to drive enterprise-wide risk, compliance, safety, security and resilience capabilities within a complex and highly visible operating environment.
Reporting to a senior executive team, you'll influence organisational strategy, shape governance practices, oversee business continuity and crisis management capabilities, and provide trusted advice across critical risk and compliance matters.
What You'll Be Doing Leading enterprise risk, compliance, safety and resilience functions Driving risk maturity and fostering a strong risk-aware culture Advising executives, governance forums and senior stakeholders Overseeing business continuity, crisis management and resilience programs Leading WHS strategy, compliance and assurance activities Driving protective security and risk mitigation initiatives Managing governance reporting,



risk frameworks and assurance programs Leading and developing a high-performing team What We're Looking For Senior leadership experience across Risk, Compliance, Governance, Safety or Resilience Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management and assurance frameworks Experience engaging with Boards, Audit Risk Committees and Executive stakeholders Demonstrated success driving organisational uplift and cultural change Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Proven ability to balance strategic direction with operational delivery Why Apply?
