Job Details About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a central role in coordinating the journey from production through to delivery and, where required, installation.
You will work closely with customers, sales, factory teams, transport providers and subcontractors to ensure schedules are accurate, realistic and achievable.
Key responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate production schedules in line with customer requirements; Coordinate production, dispatch, transport and installation activities; Provide accurate lead time and delivery information to customers and internal stakeholders; Proactively communicate changes to production and delivery schedules; Coordinate subcontract installers and ensure a consistent workflow of work; Liaise with customers to confirm site readiness prior to installation; Monitor sales invoicing, WIP and projected work completion; Prepare monthly WIP reporting for management; Assist with improving production methodologies, workflows and scheduling processes; Coordinate quality, safety and site documentation as required; Prepare and maintain SWMS and other site-specific documentation; Assist with site access, builder portals and compliance requirements; Support the maintenance of quality and WHS standards; Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors and internal teams; and Identify and resolve scheduling, delivery and operational issues as they arise.
Requirements 2+ years' experience in a similar production planning or coordination role; Experience within manufacturing,



construction or a related industry; Exposure to a jobbing / make-to-order manufacturing environment; Strong production scheduling and coordination skills; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Experience coordinating customers, suppliers, transport providers or subcontractors; Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities; Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Strong Microsoft Office skills; Experience with ERP, MRP or production planning systems will be advantageous; and Understanding of WHS, quality and site compliance requirements is beneficial.
