Senior Associate – Wills Estates Leading Wills Estates practice | High-quality work | Partner access | Genuine career progression The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate-level Wills Estates Lawyer to join a highly regarded Brisbane private client practice.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established and growing team with an outstanding reputation across Wills Estates Litigation, Estate Planning and Succession Law.
Working closely with experienced Partners and a strong team of lawyers, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of complex matters, develop and maintain strong client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of the practice.
The successful candidate will ideally have 4+ years PAE and strong experience across a combination of estate litigation, estate planning and estate administration.

About the Role As a Senior Associate, you will:
Manage a diverse and sophisticated Wills Estates practice with a high degree of autonomy Act on complex estate planning and estate administration matters and/or estate litigation matters Develop and maintain strong relationships with private clients and referrers Work directly with experienced Partners on complex and high-value matters Provide guidance and mentoring to junior lawyers within the team Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice Have genuine opportunities to develop your own profile and progress your career About You You will ideally have: 4+ years PAE with strong Wills Estates experience Experience acrossany of or a combination of estate litigation, planning and administration Excellent technical legal skills and attention to detail The ability to manage matters autonomously while contributing positively to a team Strong client relationship and communication skills A commercial and solutions-focused approach The confidence and maturity to deal directly with clients and other professional advisers An interest in mentoring and contributing to the development of more junior lawyers Why Join?
