Oversee branch operations, including engine assembly outcomes, customer service and financial administration.
Identify business growth opportunities through market insight, customer engagement and strategic partnerships.
Ensure compliance with Bapcor safety standards, company policies and Work Health Safety requirements.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage complex customer enquiries.
Qualifications About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring: Previous leadership experience in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, Business Manager or similar role.
A proven ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Experience driving business development, sales growth and customer retention.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
Commercial acumen and experience managing business performance.




Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
A commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement.
Experience within the diesel engine, commercial vehicle, transport, automotive aftermarket or related industries will be highly regarded.
