Job Title Location Associate / Senior Associate - Family Law | Perth, WA Introduction An excellent opportunity is available for an Associate or Senior Associate (3-8 years' PQE) to join a growing Family Law team within a leading national law firm.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of family law matters, a collaborative team workplace, and genuine opportunities for professional development.

The Role Advise and represent clients in a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, property settlements, parenting disputes, child support, financial agreements, and family violence matters.
Act for local and international clients in alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediations and settlement conferences.
Manage litigated matters and appear in proceedings primarily before the Family Court of Western Australia.




About You You will ideally have between 3 and 8 years' post-admission experience gained within a well-regarded family law practice.
You will possess strong technical knowledge of family law principles, procedures, and legislation, with Specialist Accreditation viewed favourably.
You will demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to build rapport, show empathy, and deliver client-focused outcomes.
