Field Supervisor – RC DD Drilling We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead and oversee field activities across multiple RC and DD drilling programs for a mining project North of Cairns.
The Role Lead 3 RC rigs and 1 DD rig, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Manage drilling contractors, field teams and site-based service providers.
Coordinate rig teams, handovers, sampling and QA/QC.
Oversee sample preparation and laboratory dispatch.
Mentor field technicians and ensure regulatory compliance.
Work with the Senior Geologist to deliver drilling programs safely and efficiently.
What We're Looking For 10+ years' industry experience, including 5+ years as a Field Supervisor.




Proven experience leading teams and managing multi-rig RC/DD programs.
Robust RC/DD drilling and field supervision expertise.
Excellent leadership, communication and contractor management skills.
Strong QA/QC and sample data management knowledge.
QLD field experience with the ability to work independently.
