About the Role: The Administration/Customer Support Officer acts as the administrative link between clients and field representatives, ensuring all work is completed accurately, compliantly, and within agreed timeframes.
You'll maintain high standards of record keeping, data management, and client service while adhering to service level agreements and departmental procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Administration— data entry, record maintenance, invoicing, reporting, correspondence Quality assurance — checking agent work, verifying compliance,



Compliance risk — adhering to legislation, reporting breaches, maintaining confidentiality Client stakeholder communication — managing relationships, responding to queries, delivering professional service Continuous improvement — identifying process improvements About You Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or customer service Outstanding written and verbal communication High attention to detail and accuracy Strong computer literacy and database proficiency Able to work independently and collaboratively National Police Check required Ideal if you have experience within Finance, Collections but not essential You're someone who takes responsibility, communicates clearly, and thrives in a supportive, evolving team culture.
