This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced High-End Leasing Consultant to join a progressive, market-leading agency rapidly expanding throughout Sydney's Inner West.

The Role Working across some of Sydney's most prestigious and newly built properties, you will be responsible for delivering a six-star leasing experience to high-profile clients and prospective tenants.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities will include: Handling rental enquiries via phone and email Conducting open homes and inspections Managing diaries and appointments Preparing lease sign-ups and lease packs Conducting reference checks Reviewing and processing applications Providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process General administration and ad hoc duties as required About You We are looking for a polished, motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant who enjoys working in a high-performing environment.
You will ideally have:



Previous leasing experience within the real estate industry Strong knowledge of real estate software and CRM programs Current Certificate of Registration Valid driver's licence and your own car Excellent computer skills Outstanding written and verbal communication Exceptional organisation and time management skills A proactive, self-motivated approach The ability to think outside the square and problem-solve A positive attitude and ability to motivate those around you The Perks This is a fantastic opportunity to take your leasing career to the next level with a highly respected and innovative employer.
