The Opportunity This is a role for someone who enjoys owning their results, building relationships and getting out from behind the desk.
You'll manage a defined SME customer portfolio across the Geelong and Bellarine region, spend time meeting customers and colleagues across your territory, and play a direct role in growing revenue for one of Australia's most established brands.
Grow and retain a portfolio of SME customers through proactive relationship management and commercial support.
Generate new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customer partnerships.
Meet customers face-to-face across your territory, managing contract renewals and commercial discussions.
Maintain sales activity, pipeline visibility and customer records through Salesforce and CRM systems.
Deliver revenue, volume and KPI targets while taking ownership of your portfolio and contributing to a supportive and collaborative team culture.
About You You are a commercially focused B2B sales qualified who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and taking ownership of your results.
You thrive in a client-facing environment, manage your time effectively, and are motivated by growing existing accounts whilst also winning new business.
Significant B2B sales experience within commercial or industrial markets Proven success winning new business and growing existing accounts Strong negotiation,



presentation and relationship management skills Demonstrated commercial acumen and revenue growth capability Current Australian driver's licence Salesforce or similar CRM platform experience Why Join Cleanaway?
