What you'll be doing: Rendering is an important part of our operation.
It involves processing animal by-products, such as fat and bone, into practical products including tallow and meat and bone meal.
In this hands-on role, you will: Work with a supportive production team in the rendering area Help operate and monitor specialised processing equipment Assist with keeping production moving safely and efficiently Complete cleaning, washdowns and basic equipment checks Follow food safety, hygiene, quality and safety requirements Learn practical skills in a specialised area of meat processing
