Job Details About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multiple commercial projects from post-sales through to installation and final handover.
You'll ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while maintaining exceptional client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects from post-sales through to completion and handover; Develop project scopes, timelines and detailed project plans; Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery; Monitor project progress, budgets, risks and resource allocation; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders; Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; Coordinate product manufacturing requirements and installation schedules; Ensure all projects comply with WHS, quality and regulatory requirements; Prepare project documentation, reports and handover documentation; and Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across project delivery.
Requirements Previous Project Management experience within the commercial construction industry; A trade qualification or relevant construction background; Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and installation practices; Ability to read and interpret building plans and construction documentation; Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and multiple stakeholders; Sound understanding of project budgeting,



scheduling and risk management; Experience using Microsoft Office and document management systems such as Aconex (highly regarded); Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills; and A current driver's licence.
