We are seeking an experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to plan, coordinate and oversee the supply, storage and distribution of products across our domestic and international markets.
The position will be responsible for maintaining efficient product availability, managing inventory and logistics operations, coordinating with suppliers and distribution partners, and ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time.
The successful candidate will work closely with procurement, warehousing, sales and finance teams to forecast demand, improve supply-chain processes and support the continued growth of PARISI's operations.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage purchasing, storage and distribution plans for PARISI's bathroom, kitchen and doorware products across its domestic and international markets.
Monitor product demand, sales forecasts and inventory levels to maintain sufficient stock, coordinate timely replenishment and minimise excess or obsolete inventory.
Coordinate with local and international suppliers,



freight providers and distribution partners to ensure products meet PARISI's quality standards and agreed cost and delivery requirements.
Oversee warehousing, inventory-control systems and the accurate recording of purchases, stock movements, storage and distribution transactions.
Liaise with sales, showroom, customer service and warehouse teams to coordinate outgoing orders, freight arrangements and on-time deliveries to retail and commercial customers.
Lead and monitor supply and distribution staff and service providers, resolving operational issues and implementing improvements to efficiency, cost control and customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications: AQF Associate Degree or higher, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in supply chain management, logistics, business management or a related field, or at least five years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience managing supply, inventory, warehousing and distribution operations.
Strong knowledge of inventory-control systems, demand forecasting, purchasing and logistics coordination.
Experience working with local and international suppliers, freight providers and distribution partners.
Solid negotiation, analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead staff, manage operational priorities and communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers and customers.
