What You'll Be Doing Operating and monitoring food processing equipment and machinery to ensure smooth, effective production Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment Sorting, washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables to quality standards Accurately measuring and weighing ingredients according to recipes and production requirements Preparing food products by assembling and mixing ingredients as directed, including meat products Packaging finished products following labelling and packaging guidelines Conducting quality checks on raw materials, finished products, and packaging Adhering to health and safety regulations including correct food handling and use of PPE Collaborating with the team to meet production targets and deadlines Reporting equipment malfunctions, product defects, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly What We're Looking For Prior experience in food processing or manufacturing is essential Physically fit and able to work in a demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25kg boxes daily Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately Excellent time management and organisational skills Good written and verbal English, basic maths,



and ability to use weighing scales and convert measurements Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (rare weekend or public holiday if needed) Exceptional attendance and punctuality are a must Why Join Us?
