The Shift People seeks an experienced Executive Assistant / Governance Officer to support the CEO and the board in a permanent, full time role. Based in the Northern Rivers, you will travel regularly between Tweed Heads and Lismore offices and contribute to high-level governance activities.
You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare board papers and briefing materials, take minutes, and maintain confidential information with sound judgement.
