Join the SURe (Substance Use Recovery) team and play a vital role in supporting people experiencing alcohol and other drug (AOD) challenges, mental health concerns, and complex life circumstances.
Working within a compassionate, multidisciplinary environment, you'll help individuals navigate treatment, strengthen their wellbeing, and work towards meaningful recovery goals.

Through person-centred, trauma-informed support, you'll empower people to build on their strengths, access the right services, and create sustainable pathways toward healthier futures.
Your role, your impact As a Care and Recovery Clinician, you'll work alongside individuals experiencing AOD and mental health challenges, providing coordinated support that helps them access treatment, build resilience, and achieve their recovery goals.
You'll develop trusted relationships, advocate for clients, and collaborate with a broad network of services to ensure people receive the holistic support they need.
You'll: Provide recovery-focused support through engagement, assessment, care coordination and case management Develop personalised recovery plans that reflect individual strengths, goals and needs Coordinate access to treatment and support services across health, housing, family support and community sectors Facilitate case conferences and care planning to support integrated and collaborative care Build strong stakeholder relationships with GPs, mental health services, housing providers and other community partners Deliver harm reduction education and recovery interventions using trauma-informed and dual diagnosis principles Monitor client progress and outcomes to support continuous improvement and quality service delivery Maintain accurate records and compliance requirements while contributing to service targets and KPIs Participate in clinical reviews,



team planning and reflective practice to strengthen service quality Who we're looking for You'll bring a genuine commitment to supporting people on their recovery journey, along with the ability to build meaningful relationships in a respectful, non-judgemental and culturally safe way.
We're looking for someone with: Relevant qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, Alcohol and Other Drugs, Community Services (Minimum of AOD Skill Set) Experience working within the AOD, mental health, community services or related sectors Strong case management, care coordination and assessment skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience supporting people with complex and co-occurring needs Ability to apply trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and person-centred approaches Strong documentation, report writing and administrative skills Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to cultural safety, inclusion and respectful practice MARAM training, or willingness to undertake upon commencement What will make you stand out?
