My Muscle Chef in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance/Control supervisor based at our Yennora head office, Sunday to Thursday, 6am–2pm. You will oversee incoming raw materials, ensuring food safety, GMP, and QA compliance across the production and warehouse.
You will manage CCPs/QCPs/RCPs, monitor cleaning, sanitation, traceability, and supervise pre-operational checks with QA and production teams, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
