AIC Mines is seeking a practical HR Advisor to support Eloise Copper Mine in North West Queensland. Reporting to the HR Superintendent, you will cover recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, workforce administration, HR reporting and site-based initiatives.
The role operates on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster from Townsville or Brisbane, with local commuting options for Cloncurry.
