Westpac is launching a 12-month Risk Graduate program designed to develop analysts who protect and optimise the bank's risk framework.
Rotations span Credit Risk, Market Risk, Cyber Risk, Data Risk, Financial Crime and Non-Financial Risk, with hands-on projects, on‐the‐job training and mentoring.
Graduates may progress to roles such as Business Analyst, Modeller, Risk Manager or Risk/Quant Analyst.
