Uniting Garden Suburb in Lake Macquarie is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead resident care plans and provide clinical services in our dementia-care focused aged care home.
You will assess residents, supervise Personal Care Workers, liaise with health professionals and families, and ensure care meets individual goals. 60 hours per fortnight with AM/PM shifts.
