As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced Scheduling Coordinators to join our Health Operations Team.
This is a quick-paced, rewarding role where you'll coordinate rosters, fill shifts, solve staffing challenges and ensure our clients receive the right support at the right time.
What You'll Do
Coordinate and manage healthcare rosters
Allocate shifts and respond to last-minute changes
Support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and support staff
Manage calls, emails and scheduling requests
Work closely with operational and clinical teams
Maintain accurate and compliant workforce records
What You'll Bring
Healthcare rostering or workforce scheduling experience
Experience managing RNs, ENs and casual workforces
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
