We operate as a one-stop shop, connecting clients with land, builders, and finance to deliver a seamless house and land journey. With established builder relationships, strong systems, and active lead flow, we are expanding our Queensland operation.
About the Role
This is a senior leadership position suited to an experienced operator who has already proven themselves in sales and team leadership.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership from day one, lead a team of 10 consultants, and scale it to 30+.
You will be responsible for performance, structure, and growth of the Queensland sales team while leading from the front.
You will
Recruit, train, and scale the team to 30+ consultants
Drive sales performance, KPIs, and accountability
Run weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
Oversee the full house and land sales process
Work closely with brokers, builders, and developers to structure deals
Assist in closing deals and managing complex scenarios
Build a strong,



high-performance sales culture
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role or house and land sales
Proven ability to lead, train, and scale a sales team
Strong understanding of the house and land or new home sales process
Highly driven, organised, and performance-focused
Confident operating in a fast-paced, growth environment
Leadership mindset with the ability to lead from the front
