You will own the full product development lifecycle from concept through commercialisation, collaborating across Production, Quality, Commercial and Supply Chain to deliver cutting-edge, compliant and market-ready seafood products.You will develop specifications, manage trials, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and stay ahead of trends to drive continuous improvement.
