Strong compliance frameworks don't happen by chance — they're built through structure, consistency and people who know how to turn detail into meaningful oversight.We're looking for a Compliance Officer to join us on a 6-month contract, supporting and strengthening our compliance framework through the maintenance of key compliance registers, reporting, and quality assurance activities across the business.Working closely with underwriting, claims and leadership teams, you'll play an important role in helping ensure our operations remain aligned with regulatory obligations and internal standards.
This is an prospect for someone who enjoys working with process, data and governance, while contributing to continuous improvement across the organisation.If you're someone who values accuracy, takes pride in well-structured work and enjoys bringing clarity to complex environments, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingMaintain compliance registers, ensuring accuracy, completeness and audit readinessSupport internal and external compliance reporting activitiesAssist with quality assurance reviews across underwriting and claims functionsConduct structured QA reviews using established checklists and frameworksAnalyse QA findings and compliance data to identify trends, gaps and risksPrepare clear and meaningful reporting to support oversight and decision-makingWork with stakeholders across the business to support consistent compliance practicesContribute to improving compliance frameworks, reporting processes and data captureSupport the transition from manual processes to more scalable and structured systemsAssist in strengthening governance, operational consistency and regulatory alignmentWhat You BringExperience in compliance,



quality assurance, claims, underwriting operations or a related environmentUnderstanding of compliance obligations and regulatory frameworks within financial services or insuranceStrong written communication skills and the ability to prepare clear, structured documentation and reportingHigh attention to detail and strong organisational capabilityConfidence working with process, data and structured workflowsStrong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teamsSound judgement and the ability to identify and escalate risks appropriatelyA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementWho You AreYou're organised, analytical and naturally detail-oriented.You enjoy creating structure, improving consistency and working in environments where accuracy matters.
