Pharmacist in Charge – Full Time (Corrections, Hospital, Oncology)

HPS is seeking a motivated Pharmacist in Charge to lead one of our key South Australian pharmacy operations.
Supporting a diverse portfolio across hospital, oncology and correctional health services, this role offers the opportunity to drive operational excellence, influence service delivery and lead a high-performing team that makes a genuine difference to patient care.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations across a diverse healthcare network
Inspire, mentor and develop a team focused on quality and excellence
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service outcomes
Build strong relationships with hospital executives, clinicians and key stakeholders
Oversee compliance, governance, inventory management and service performance
Support the growth and expansion of clinical and operational pharmacy services
What We're Looking For




Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare pharmacy environment
Strong operational, organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience leading teams and driving performance outcomes
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
A proactive mindset with a passion for service improvement
