As a Physical Therapist, you play a vital role in helping patients regain strength, restore mobility, and rebuild confidence following illness, injury, or surgery.
Working closely with physicians and the care team, you'll assess each patient's needs and create personalized therapy plans designed around meaningful goals, active engagement, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Your role will include:Evaluatingpatient abilities and developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team
Deliveringevidence-based interventions that restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life
Monitoringprogress, refining therapy plans, and ensuring accurate, timely documentation of outcomes
Educatingpatients and families on exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safe practices that promote independence
Collaboratingacross disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth transitions throughout recovery
Leadingby example—mentoring therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare's values of excellence, compassion,
