Position Overview
Use your diagnostic skills to assist RACV Emergency Roadside Assistance members as a Roadside Service Technician.
You will run an independent business while providing emergency roadside assistance across the Melbourne metro and surrounding areas, with flexible hours and monthly bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
Fault diagnosis
Minor mechanical repairs
Sell and install batteries
Assist with lock‐out situations
Change punctured tyres
Qualifications & Skills
Strong customer focus and desire to help
Friendly and positive attitude
A Motor Mechanic or Automotive Electrician trade qualification
Experience with a wide variety of vehicles
Excellent diagnostic and problem‐solving skills
Autonomous and self‐manager
Knowledge of operating in a safety‐accredited setting
Ability to work weekends
Eligibility to work in Australia
Requirements
Must be a Motor Mechanic or Automotive Electrician with a trade qualification.
Must hold or be willing to obtain an ABN and ACN.
Eligibility to work in Australia.
Willingness to work weekends.
