We're looking for a Principal Technology Architect to join our team.
We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager for infrastructure migration.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in program and project management concepts.

Feel free to connect with your recruiter to learn more about how this works in practice.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end infrastructure migration projects from initiation to closure.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, including status reporting, steering committees, and change control.Maintain key project artefacts such as charter, schedule, RAID logs, cutover plans, and transition documentation.Act as the primary point of contact for business, technical teams, and leadership stakeholders.Provide clear, structured, and timely updates on project progress, risks, and decisions.Facilitate key forums such as workshops, CAB meetings, and SteerCo reviews.Establish and maintain a comprehensive RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) framework.Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to: Migration failures, Downtime and business disruption, Security and compliance gaps, Performance and capacity issues.Lead cross‐functional teams including infrastructure, network, cloud, security, and application teams.Define roles and responsibilities using RACI models.Ensure effective collaboration, remove delivery blockers,



and maintain team accountability.Manage vendors and partners, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.Mentor and coach junior architects and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Coordinate migration activities including discovery & assessment, wave planning (batching by risk/complexity), design alignment (target state patterns, security controls), build & configuration, test strategy execution (functional, performance, DR, security validation, cutover and post‐migration stabilization (hypercare and transition to BAU)).
