We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our esteemed Diabetes Care division covering Central Coast/ Newcastle/ Hunter New England territory.




The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional education and support to healthcare professionals, including endocrinologists, diabetes nurse educators, pharmacists, and general practitioners.
This will be achieved through strategically planned appointments scheduled on a quarterly basis.Primary ResponsibilitiesPromote product recommendations and awareness through exceptional face-to-face and virtual interactions with healthcare professionalsDeliver high-quality educational sessions to both healthcare professionals and consumers, as outlined in the annual marketing planManage expenditures to meet established spending KPIsMaintain quarterly KPIs for coverage and frequencyOversee the use of Sales Force and other internal systems to ensure optimal effectivenessCollaborate with NSW and national team members to facilitate state and national product adoptionAttend national sales meetings and industry events as requiredUnderstand and communicate clinical and medical data, with a solid knowledge of disease statesMaintain comprehensive IT capabilitiesAdhere to Abbott's corporate ethics and compliance proceduresRequired Skills and BackgroundExperience in a sales role, preferably within the healthcare industryCommunication - Superior proficiency in concise and articulate communicationProven ability to achieve sales targetsDegree or diploma in a science or nursing disciplineAbility to quickly adapt to new directives and situationsStrong self-motivation and ability to work independently
