Responsibilities
Operate commercial washers, dryers and ironing machines safely
Pick up, tag, and sort guest laundry and dry‐cleaning
Record quantity of packed items in the packing and delivery logbooks
Spot garments for stain removal




Deliver guest garments
Wash and process staff uniforms
Load and unload washing machines
Qualifications
Previous experience within a hotel environment or a similar fast‐paced role
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organisational and time‐management skills
Ability to act consistently with clear ethics and values, maintaining confidentiality
Understanding of protected lifting practices and occupational health and safety standards
Superior customer service skills and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
Ability to create a positive first impression, meeting 5‐star grooming standards
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
