We are seeking a New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager to guide a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality new products.ResponsibilitiesLiaise with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs, facilitate solutions, and guide the creation of requirements.Ensure designs, processes, and procedures meet or exceed ISO ***** quality standards.Create project plans and assign tasks to the project team.Facilitate collaboration of multidisciplinary teams to deliver project milestones.Ensure new products are fit for purpose and meet cost, quality, compliance, and schedule requirements.Implement processes to ensure effective communication among all project team members, both internal and external.Report on project progress to Directors and company leadership as required.Track and analyse project delivery to manage risks and propose solutions to address challenges.What you'll bringRelevant tertiary Engineering qualifications in a related discipline.More than 10 years of experience managing New Product Introduction project teams.Proven ability to meet timeframes and deliver projects successfully.Adaptable problem solver with strong communication skills to build relationships across multidisciplinary teams.Ability to work directly and effectively with external customers.Attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mindset.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and deliver results.Experience delivering products within an ISO ***** Quality System is desirable.Strong team player, mentor, and coach for junior colleagues.Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) desirable; experience in cross-functional or global environments preferred.What success in this role looks likeDelivering quality product projects on time and within budget.Building strong, positive relationships with stakeholders.Effectively identifying and resolving project risks and issues.Maximising resource utilisation and driving efficiency.Work Location & FlexibilityIn-office and remote work arrangements may be available depending on the role and business needs.
