Your role is to support day‐to‐day operations, facilitate community engagement, and maintain a welcoming, safe environment for an international student community.ResponsibilitiesWelcome residents and visitors, providing exceptional customer serviceHandle enquiries, parcel deliveries, guest check‐ins, and move‐in/move‐out inspectionsMaintain clean and safe front‐of‐house and communal areasAssist in planning and supporting community events and engagement initiativesProvide administrative support: manage emails, community inboxes, and CRM updatesSupport leasing activities – answer questions, conduct tours for prospective students, and maintain resident satisfactionShare local tips and resources to help students settle into life in AdelaideQualificationsExperience in a customer‐facing role (hospitality, retail, front desk, concierge)Excellent communication skills with a friendly,
