This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy front-of-house environment, enjoys working closely with patients, and can keep the practice running smoothly day to day.
Standard clinic hours within 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.What Youll Be DoingManaging the front desk and providing a warm welcome to patientsHandling appointment bookings, recalls and patient enquiriesUsing Dental4Windows (D4W) to manage scheduling and patient recordsAssisting with billing, payments and health fund claimsSupporting the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsMaintaining a professional, organised and patient-focused front officeWhat Were Looking ForExperience using D4W softwareFluent spoken English with solid communication skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesPunctual,
