We are a team of compassionate professionals dedicated to making a difference—every day.Position Summary:We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker (PCW) to join our team and provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes throughout the community.
As a PCW, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve by assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and promoting independence.Responsibilities:Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobilityProvide light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up living areasPrepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs and preferencesSupport clients with medication remindersOffer companionship and emotional supportAssist with errands and transportation to appointments as needed (if applicable)Maintain accurate documentation of care providedCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and the care teamMonitor and report any changes in clients' physical, emotional,
