Project Architect or Architectural Design ManagerExperience across design development and construction documentationStrong technical knowledge and an understanding of construction and buildabilityExperience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teamsThe ability to critically review drawings and identify potential project risksConfidence communicating with senior stakeholders, consultants and delivery teamsA commercially aware and practical approach to architectural designAn interest in developing broader property and development expertiseWhy consider a client-side role?
