You will work as part of a multi-person operational team, supporting the application of approved construction security controls and helping ensure that personnel, materials, tools, equipment and site activities remain compliant with required security standards.This is an on-site role suited to individuals with experience in security, construction, controlled environments, or operational site-based roles who can demonstrate solid discipline, situational awareness, judgement and reporting capability.About youYou will bring:Experience in security, construction, site operations, or controlled environmentsExperience working as part of a dynamic, multi-person operational teamStrong observation, recording and reporting skillsThe ability to work for extended periods with minimal supervisionSound judgement,



professional discipline and robust situational awarenessFamiliarity with Work Health and Safety principles and active construction site risk managementThe physical capability to stand for extended periods, move across active worksites, navigate uneven ground, climb stairs or ladders, and lift equipment up to 30 kgThe ability to build effective working relationships with client personnel, project teams and other stakeholdersThe ability to operate or learn to operate CCTV, alarms, access control and other site-based security systemsWillingness to work in a range of weather conditions and active construction environmentsWillingness to travel for domestic and potential overseas assignments, where requiredRequired licences and certificationsPrior to commencement, successful candidates will need to provide evidence of, or be willing to obtain:Construction Induction Training — White CardWorking Safely at HeightsWorking in Confined SpacesAdditional client-specific security, construction security and mandatory training will be required prior to deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Site Security Observer, you will be responsible for:Observing personnel movements and activities within designated construction zones and controlled areasMonitoring construction activities for compliance with approved construction security documentation and controlsInspecting and auditing materials, tools and equipment brought onto siteIdentifying,
