What does a Customer Experience Officer do?
Our Customer Experience Officers play a critical role in supporting customers, internal stakeholders and our broader commercial business.
Working within a high‐performing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service across a variety of customer touchpoints while helping ensure the smooth operation of our order‐to‐delivery process.
You will engage with customers and stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand while supporting some of the world's most recognised beverage brands.
What you'll be doing
As a Customer Experience Officer, no two days are the same.
Typical Responsibilities May Include
Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels




Handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions
Processing orders and managing customer requests
Providing updates on deliveries and product availability
Performing high‐volume data entry and administrative tasks
Navigating systems such as SAP, Outlook and CRM platforms
Collaborating with Sales, Credit, Supply Chain and Logistics teams
Resolving customer and stakeholder issues in a timely and professional manner
Supporting business initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction
What we're looking for
